1st session was today. Went in with anxiety- came out feeling zen and optimistic. Will try again.Supposedly effects last for 8-10 days. Felt like the meditation I always tend to avoid. Inspired to keep at it. Nice host as well.

My sessions were deeply relaxing and positively influenced my health. Increased luster and natural curl in my hair. Reduced hair falling out.
Increased energy to accomplish some chores as well as basic self care.
Increased mental dexterity to solve blocks in projects that were stalled.
Increased sensitivity to my physical limits and better pain management.
Actually baked scones twice recently, after a year of no baking.
Reduced appetite for sweeteners. All Good!
